It's too good to forget about. The whole process of Im feeling hungry, Hmmm, puddings are good! To eating pudding is 15 mins max...</p> <p>Microwave Golden Syrup Sponge Pudding </p> <p>100 g self raising flour<br> 100 g butter<br> 100 g sugar<br> 30 ml milk<br> 2 eggs (beaten)<br> A bit few vanilla essence<br> 3 tablespoons of golden syrup (maple's good too)</p> <p>Bung everything into a mixer and give it a couple minutes. Bung the syrup into a 2 pint bowl. Spoon the mixture on top. Zap it on high for up to 6 mins . Serve with custard or ice cream and kahoona.
